Sample Maintenance Menu

Breakfast

One serving of Oat Bran microwave-cooked cereal. Add and stir in one packet of Truvia, 1 tablespoon of wheat bran, 1/4 cup of Nature’s Path Organic Smart Bran cold cereal with Psyllium & Oatbran, 1/4 cup of Barbara’s Puffins original High Fiber/Low Fat/Wheat Free cold cereal with just a little over 1/2 cup of Vanilla Soy milk poured over the top.

Mid-Morning Snack
1 apple cut up in fourths with regular or lower fat peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) spread on each piece

Lunch
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese onto 1 Large Burrito-size Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla (31 carbs minus 21 Dietary Fiber = 10 net carbs) and put in the microwave for 55 seconds. Then put 2-3 pieces of thinly-sliced low-fat/low-carb/high protein smoked turkey onto the melted cheese along with some lettuce and a couple of cherry tomatoes, add two tablespoons of regular or low-fat ranch dressing, then roll into a burrito and enjoy!

Also, have some Pero with this lunch as well – it’s a nice compliment....Pero is great any time of the day...

Mid-Afternoon Snack
Yoplai Fiber-one yoghurt with one Weight Watcher’s low-fat mozzarella cheese stick or 10 raw almonds

(Eat a Regular Lean/Green Dinner)

Evening Snack
1 Sugar Free Jello with a dollop of Sugar Free Cool Whip or Light Spray cream OR:

1 Sugar Free Jello Boston Cream Pie or Dulce de leche (there are several sugar free flavors) with a dollop of Sugar Free Cool Whip or Light Spray cream
