Add and stir in one packet of Truvia, 1 tablespoon of wheat bran, 1/4 cup of Nature’s Path Organic Smart Bran cold cereal with Psyllium & Oatbran, 1/4 cup of Barbara’s Puffins original High Fiber/Low Fat/Wheat Free cold cereal with just a little over 1/2 cup of Vanilla Soy milk poured over the top. Mid-Morning Snack Lunch Also, have some Pero with this lunch as well – it’s a nice compliment....Pero is great any time of the day... Mid-Afternoon Snack (Eat a Regular Lean/Green Dinner) Evening Snack 1 Sugar Free Jello Boston Cream Pie or Dulce de leche (there are several sugar free flavors) with a dollop of Sugar Free Cool Whip or Light Spray cream
